Practice One

Custom internal systems.

Focused build ₹3L–₹6L · Full system ₹6L–₹15L · 4–6 weeks to 8–12 weeks

Tailor-built web applications that capture what actually happens in the business. Quotations, orders, leads, inventory movement, fulfillment, team coordination. Presented as reliable data the founder can act on.

What we build

Typical engagements.

Each industry has a small number of operational workflows that decide whether the business compounds or stalls. These are the workflows we build around.

01
Showroom management
Lead tracking, walk-in capture, sales pipeline, delivery and installation coordination. Built for jewellery, furniture, interiors, automobiles.
02
Manufacturing operations
Job cards, production status, materials, dispatch. Plant floor to founder dashboard.
03
Distribution + inventory
Stock movement, multi-location, GRN and GIN, transfer recommendations, aging.
04
Institute management
Admissions, attendance, fees, communication. Built for institutes running on goodwill.
05
Quotation + order (CPQ)
High-ticket configurable products. Structured estimates. Lifecycle from draft to won or lost.
06
Internal CRM
For founder-led service businesses. Lead capture to retainer, no marketing-CRM bloat.
Why custom

Generic software cannot fit every business.

Off-the-shelf ERPs sell a fixed model of how a business should work. The buyer is supposed to bend operations to the software. That works for businesses that look like every other business. It does not work for businesses where the workflow is the moat.

Excel scales to a point, then collapses under coordination cost. WhatsApp coordination is fast for a team of five and fatal at fifty. Tally was designed for accounting, not operations.

We design the system to the way the business already runs. Where the existing workflow is good, we capture it. Where it is broken, we redesign it before writing a line of code. The result is software the team adopts because it makes their day easier, not because the founder mandated it.

What we refuse to build
  • White-labelled generic ERPs dressed as custom
  • Reskinned templates
  • SaaS we resell across clients
  • Cosmetic dashboards that do not change a decision
  • Features the founder did not ask for and will not use

Pricing

What a system costs.

Next step

Tell us about the workflow.

The first conversation is short and direct. We ask about the business, the workflows, and the questions you cannot answer today. By the end we both know whether to keep going.
