The problem

Most agencies stop where the work starts.

A monthly report shows 200 leads, a stable cost-per-lead, and a cheerful chart. Nobody connects those numbers to actual orders. Nobody knows which leads converted, what they bought, what the margin was, or whether the channel is paying for itself.

Agencies do this because they cannot see past the form submission. Their visibility ends at the lead. The buyer scales ad spend, the agency claims credit, and six months later the founder cannot answer whether the campaign produced revenue or burned it.

How we charge.

Monthly retainer plus ad spend, scoped to the business size and channel mix. Six-month minimum because the first month is a diagnostic and the second is correction.
